If you would like any of the optional patches open the 'Optional xDelta Patches' folder and apply onepatch to your CIA with TLE, not your original CIA.

Enter your CIA as the original file and enter the 'TLE Base Patch.xdelta' file as the patch.

If you're using a mac you can use MultiPatch instead of DeltaPatcher.

If your CIA's the right file you can move on and open DeltaPatcherLite.exe.

If you're using a Mac or Linux you don't need WinMD5, you can use the command 'md5sum ' in a terminal.

Verify that the checksum value of your cia is the same as the following value, if it's not you have the wrong CIA file and the xDelta patch will corrupt it.

Before applying any patches run WinMD5 and select your CIA file.

Download the TLE patch if you haven't already and extract the contents inside the 'xDelta Patch' folder to the same location of your CIA.

The xDelta patch will only work on this specific CIA, it won't work on your own dumps or any other uploads of the update.

Download RainThunder's upload of Trio of Town's 1.1 update on 'that ISO site' (not the dlc just the free update).

You'll have to get the base game on your own.

If you're using citra navigate to file -> Install cia and install the update.

When you're done applying any xDelta patches, put the CIA in your SD card and install it via FBI.

If you're using the Restoration Patch, use the optional patches in the 'Hamtaro Compatibility Patch' folder.

If you want to use any of the optional patches apply ONE xDelta patch to your TLE update CIA.

If you're using the Hamtaro & Cheburashka Restoration Patch go into the 'Hamtaro Compatibility Patch' folder and apply the base xDelta patch to the TLE update CIA.

If you don't want to install CFW, you can use the 3ds emulator Citra on your PC. I highly recommend installing CFW using this guide. Story of Seasons: Trio of Towns isn't compatible with Hans and there is no working method to get this patch on your 3ds without CFW. If you're updating from v4.2.1 or below you'll have to remove the old patch files from LayeredFS for Trio of Towns. Instead, this patch has been merged with Trio of Town's free 1.1 update CIA (USA only). LayeredFS is no longer supported as an installation method as of v5.0 of TLE.
